Prices are for a minimum of 3 nights.
Our hotel doesn't have a fixed price list, so prices depend on the booking date, length of stay, and current availability. Booking in advance is always more convenient!
Tourist tax of €2.00 per person per day for a maximum of 7 consecutive days, applicable from April 1st to September 30th. Children under 13 do not pay the tourist tax.

Family Plan: 2 + 2 = 3
2 adults + 2 children aged 3 to 14 in the same room pay 3 adult rates. Excluding the period from 08.08 to 28.08 in which the price list discounts based on age apply.

Choose the beach service that best suits your needs!You can book our partner bathing establishment Bagni nr. directly. 25 taking advantage of a dedicated discount , or decide freely according to your needs.
They advise you to reserve your beach service from the moment you book the hotel to avoid not finding a place at the last moment or on site.

Supplements
- Single Room €20.00 per day.
- Double Room for Single Use €35.00 per day (excluding the period from 08.08 to 22.08 in which 2 adult rates apply).
- Weekend Formula July/August for stays of LESS THAN 3 nights a supplement is applicable.
- Car/motorcycle parking for stays of LESS than 3 nights: €12.00 per day; for stays longer than 3 nights: €10.00 per day (uncovered hotel parking by leaving your car keys at reception, authorizing its removal in case of emergencies; or covered, video-monitored Dolce Colle parking a short distance away). PAID PARKING ONLY FOR THE FIRST 10 DAYS (excluding the period from August 8 to August 22).
- Small pets are allowed, max 1 per room, weighing 10kg and at least 6 months old. €15.00 per day (paid for a maximum of 7 days). RESERVATION IS MANDATORY AT THE TIME OF CONFIRMATION.
- Large or double balcony to be confirmed at the time of booking - subject to availability €5.00 per day

- DAY USE ROOM RATE (excluding weekends and from August 8 to August 22) €40.00. Allows use of the room until 8:00 PM on the day of departure (subject to availability).

Reductions
- For 3rd and 4th additional bed from 15 years and up - 10%
- Children sharing a room with 1 or 2 adults:

- 3 to 8 years - 50%
- 9 to 14 years - 30%
- 1 Adult + 1 Child 3/14 years from 08.08 to 22.08 August 2 adult rates apply
Conditions
The room and parking space are available to guests from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you know your arrival time or early departure time during the night, please let the hotel know.
Meals not consumed at the hotel will not be deducted from the bill.
The booking confirmation must be accompanied by a deposit via bank transfer, to be paid within 4 days of confirming the room reservation. Cancellation policy: For cancellations up to 7 days before arrival, the deposit is 100% refundable; for cancellations within 7 days of arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.
EARLY DEPARTURE: in this case, the cost of only the 3-night stay per person will be charged in addition to the amount of the stay used, as required by the Chamber of Commerce of Pesaro and Urbino. For early departures of 1 day, the bill does not change.
PAYMENTS: We remind you that the balance of your stay will be required at the hotel upon your arrival . We accept cash, debit cards, Mastercard, Visa, and Maestro credit cards, and instant bank transfers. CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
