Prices are for a minimum of 3 nights.
Our hotel does not have a fixed price list therefore prices depend on the booking date, length of stay and availability at the time. Booking in advance is always more convenient!
Tourist tax of €2.00 per day per person for a maximum of 7 consecutive days applicable from 1 June to 30 September. Up to 13 years old, you DO NOT pay the tourist tax.

Family Plan: 2 + 2 = 3
2 adults + 2 children aged 3 to 14 in the same room pay 3 adult rates. Excluding the period from 03.08 to 24.08 in which the price list discounts based on age apply.

Choose the beach service that best suits your needs!You can book our partner bathing establishment Bagni nr. directly. 25 taking advantage of a dedicated discount , or decide freely according to your needs.
They advise you to reserve your beach service from the moment you book the hotel to avoid not finding a place at the last moment or on site.

Supplements
- Single Room €15.00 per day.
- Double Room for Single Use €25.00 per day (excluding the period from 03.08 to 24.08 in which 2 adult rates apply).
- Weekend formula July/August for stays LESS than 3 nights there is a supplement.
- Parking for stays LESS than 3 nights €12.00 per day, for stays longer than 3 nights €10.00 (external parking) and €10.00 (hotel parking). PAID PARKING ONLY FOR THE FIRST 10 DAYS. (excluding the period from 03.08 to 24.08)
- Small/medium sized animals max 1 per room and weighing less than 20kg and at least 6 months old. €10.00 per day (paid only for a maximum of 7 days)
- Mini fridge in the room €5.00 per day.
- Children's stroller Max 20 kg €5.00 per day.
- DAY USE ROOM RATE (excluding weekends and from 3/08 to 24/08) €40.00. Allows use of the room until 7:00 pm on the day of departure (subject to availability).
- DAY USE PARKING RATE (excluding weekends and from 3/08 to 24/08) €12.00 Allows use of the car park until 7.00pm on the day of departure (based on availability).
Reductions
- For 3rd and 4th additional bed aged 15 and over - 10%
- Children in a room with 1 or 2 adults:
- from 0 to 2 years €10.00 per day
- from 3 to 8 years - 50%
- from 9 to 14 years - 30%
- 1 Adult + 1 Child 3/14 years old from 03.08 to 24.08 August 2 adult rates apply
Conditions
The room and parking space are available to the customer from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival to 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Meals not consumed in the hotel will not be deducted from the bill.
The booking confirmation must be accompanied by a confirmatory deposit by bank transfer to be paid within 7 days of notification of the room option. - Cancellation: up to 7 days before arrival 100% refundable deposit via bank transfer or voucher valid for 12 months from its issue . In case of cancellation before the date, the deposit will be 100% refundable ONLY via Voucher valid for 12 months from its issue.
EARLY DEPARTURE: in this case the cost of 3 nights' accommodation only will be charged, per person, as provided by the Pesaro and Urbino Chamber of Commerce. For early departures of 1 day the bill does not change.
PAYMENTS: cash, debit cards, Mastercard and Visa credit cards are accepted. Bank check or balance transfer, only if made on the day of arrival.
