We're truly fortunate: Gabicce Mare is located on the border between these two beautiful regions, Marche and Emilia Romagna , and we've always used recipes from both traditions. Don't miss this unmissable event: let yourself be swept away by unique and delicious aromas and flavors!

The sea, the land, the hills... our land offers us countless raw materials. Thanks to the many traditions and customs passed down from generation to generation, we offer you different dishes every day.

From classics to some new dishes, we can't wait for you to try them, all prepared by the expert hands of our fantastic kitchen staff . We want to pamper your palate too, because on vacation, every detail matters!

Please note that our kitchen does not accommodate food intolerances/allergies (spelt, barley, garlic, pepper, salt, dairy products, etc.). Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your stay on the day of check-in and the deposit will be retained. Our kitchen only accommodates gluten intolerances, which must be communicated at the time of request or booking. Please note that we do not have a specific certification for this (AIC).

Dinner

Every evening you can enjoy your ideal menu by choosing between fish, meat and vegetarian first and second courses. There is also a tasty and varied buffet of cold dishes and hot side dishes and mixed salads rich in many varieties of vegetables. Choice of dessert available: sweet delicacies from our Chef, fresh fruit, ice cream, sorbet

Dishes are served at the table , water is included in the price and is supplied on self-service tap . Wine, beer and soft drinks are extra for a fee.

Gluten Free - Intolerances

We offer Gluten Free packaged products upon request. We would like to point out that we do not have a specific certification in this regard (AIC) . Furthermore, products for food intolerances are available on request, to be agreed upon when booking.

For the little ones

Available, fresh every day, vegetable broth, vegetable puree, cheese, parmesan, extra virgin olive oil as well as microwaves, disposable bibs, high chairs and booster seats.
