Why is it better to book directly with the hotel?

Because we can always guarantee you the best available offer, which is not always published on other online platforms, as well as the best rate conditions. Additionally, we will always be at your disposal, allowing you to establish a direct relationship with us from the very start.

How can i request a quote and make a reservation?

You can request your quote easily and quickly! Visit our website and fill out the request form available on every page, or with just a few clicks directly on our online booking system. You can also send your request via email to [email protected] or via WhatsApp at +39 0541 958172.

To confirm a reservation from a quote received via email, select the proposal that suits your needs and click the "BOOK" button inside the quote. To confirm a reservation directly on our website, complete the booking process by entering all required fields. For both procedures, you will receive a confirmation email.

To finalize your booking, a deposit will be required, which can be paid via bank transfer. Cancellation policy: for cancellations made 14 to 7 days before arrival, the deposit is refundable at 100% via a voucher usable by the end of the 2025 summer season. For cancellations within 7 days of arrival, the deposit will be retained. In case of EARLY DEPARTURE, the cost of 3 nights per person will be charged. For early departures of one day, the bill remains unchanged.

How can i pay for my stay?

The balance for your stay will be required upon arrival at the hotel. You can pay by instant bank transfer, credit card, debit card, or cash. Any additional costs for extra services must be settled by the day before check-out.

Is a tourist tax applicable?

In the municipality of Gabicce Mare, a tourist tax of €2.00 per person per day is applicable for a maximum of 7 consecutive days from April 1 to September 30. Children under 13 years are exempt from the tourist tax.

What are the check-in and check-out conditions?

Rooms and parking spaces are available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Upon availability, and by contacting the hotel the day before arrival, you may arrive earlier to park your car. If the room is ready, you can begin your stay at no additional cost. Our luggage storage is always accessible and free.

A convenient late check-out service for the room and parking space until 8:00 PM on the day of departure is available upon request at Reception, subject to confirmation based on availability. If possible, please inform the hotel of your arrival time or early departure during the night.

What is included in our dining services?

International Breakfast: (Access 7:30-11:00) includes a rich and tasty sweet and savory buffet.

Lunch: Guests can enjoy a special discount at affiliated restaurants and pizzerias located just a few steps from the hotel. A list of these restaurants can be found on our website under the "RESTAURANT" section.

Dinner: (Access 7:30-8:15 PM) with flexible hours, self-service water included (wine, beer, and soft drinks available for an additional charge), and table service. Guests can choose their menu the day before, with options of meat, fish, or vegetarian dishes, alongside hot side dishes and salads from a buffet. Dessert options include our Chef's specialties, fresh fruit, ice cream, and sorbet.

For guests with gluten intolerance, we offer packaged Gluten-Free products upon request, to be arranged at the time of booking. Please note, we are not certified for this and cannot provide vegan menus.

Which partner restaurants are available for lunch? (for half-board bookings only)

Some rooms are NOT equipped with a bidet but have a flexible shower hose instead.

Is there a mini fridge in the room?

For an additional €5 per day, you can have a mini fridge in your room. It is recommended to request it at the time of booking. Additionally, the hotel provides a fridge/freezer exclusively for medications and ice packs, located in the reception area and always accessible free of charge.

Where can i park my car or motorbike upon arrival?

You can park your car or motorbike in one of our two parking areas. We recommend reserving a spot when confirming your stay, as availability is limited. Parking is charged for a maximum of 10 days; any additional days are free (excluding the period from August 9 to August 23).

Hotel Parking: €12 for stays of less than 3 nights, €10 per day for stays of 3 nights or more.

"Dolce Colle" Parking (shuttle service available only upon arrival): €10 per day for stays of 3 nights or more.

Is there a partnered beach service?

The hotel collaborates with Bagni 25, approximately 100 meters from the hotel. Guests can book the partnered beach service with a dedicated discount for Blu Star Hotel guests.

Can i travel with my pet? what are your conditions?

Pets of small/medium size (up to 15 kg) are welcome with a fee of €10.00 per day for a maximum of 7 days. Pets are allowed in common areas (excluding the restaurant) and in rooms with balconies.

Do you provide beach towels for guests?

Beach towels are available at reception with a deposit, and they can be replaced twice a week. This service is highly appreciated by our guests.

Does the hotel offer bicycles?

The hotel's city bikes, some equipped with child seats, are available free of charge for exploring Gabicce Mare safely.

Is there a bar service in the hotel?

The bar, located on the ground floor near reception, is open 24/7, offering coffee and aperitifs to enjoy in the lobby or garden veranda.

Is wifi available in the hotel?

High-speed Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the property, ideal for remote work.

How far is the hotel from the town center and the beach?

The hotel is in a quiet and strategic location, approximately 150 meters from the historic center and 100 meters from the beach.

If i travel by train, how far is the nearest railway station?

The nearest station is in Cattolica, about 1.5 km from Gabicce Mare, reachable by taxi, bus, or a 15-20 minute walk.

Is the hotel located in a ztl (traffic-restricted zone)?

No, the hotel is not in a restricted traffic area. However, from July 1 to September 10, traffic is regulated in the town from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
